Select a screen as initial screen

Suppose there is an application with several screens (and the first of all should always be a SplashScreen), is there a way to choose one screen as the main one always

The screen that is at the top of the list in the Design tab’s sidebar will be displayed first. In this example, Simple List Demo is the first/top screen:

You can drag-and-drop screens to re-order them in the sidebar.
