Realtime database problem

Dears,
I am actually suffering from a major problem on thunkable. my app contains sign in/sign up component, and the realtime database. I want personal info such as username, birthday, etc. When i tested it on one user, it work perfectly fine. it displayed the image and the username. but when i tried to add another user, it started displaying ‘null’ instead of the name, and nothing is showing correctly.
can you please help?

Can you see if the green error output block returns an error?

You can use blocks like this to check if there is an error, and if so, show the error:
