This is one of the apps that I have contributed in. It says (Early Access) so it will not be available for everyone. Although we have made it publicly available now.

Check your console settings.

This is for users to include your app in the wish list. This is used as a marketing tool or a campaign. I have never used it or turned it on.

If you activate this option then you need to wait for Google to display for app in this section to start your marketing ads.
