Is there any possible way of creating a workbook for specific users or any alt ideas to act as a db.

It’s possible to create a new sheet but the problem is that I don’t think you can really reference that new sheet in Thunkable. Personally, I’d use Firebase for this but if you want to use Google Sheets, why not just have all of the data in a single sheet, with each user taking up one row?
But the issues for seprate rows that, a single user has got multiple entries, say like the amount credited will be added accordingly
