We have 10 taxi with us were driver does the cash trip and keeps cash with him…
The another Employee who collects the cash is not having information from which driver how much cash to be collected…
We can save Date wise & driver wise cash trip details in google sheet.
when collector visits in 1 or 2 or 3 days, he should able to see driver wise how many trips and how much cash to be collected…
Then he need to check those entries and submit so that we will come to know how much cash is collected by the collector.
Those collected entries should not reflect later on his app.
Order id will be the unique number for each trip

You explained your situation but have not explained where you got stuck in your app.

Can you provide more information on your problem in the app and show the screenshot of your blocks?

Actually I am a new to this, hence not able to understand how to build it & how to use blocks

Also wanted to know is the solution to our problem is possible in Thunkable app.

can we make the app as per our problem. If yes can someone assist me in building

The link you provided for the Google sheet is not working. You need to make it shareable so others can see how your data is arranged and provide suggestions for you to build your app.

I have to say an app is better for such situations but your problem could be solved easily by filtering Data

This is your sample data, I added a column and also selected two random rows and entered a “Y” in the new column.

I added a new “Sheet” to your file and copied the same headers from Sheet1
In row 2, I added the following formula

=filter(Sheet1!A2:E1096,NOT(ISBLANK(Sheet1!F2:F1096)))

This is the result in Sheet2

Anytime you enter a “Y” (or any other character) in the new column in Sheet1 it will automatically appear in Sheet 2.

You will need a lot of work on this to make it a decent app.

I saw your project and added a List Viewer so you can select the driver. Once selected the upper Data Viewer List will only show the records related to this driver.

See the example.
