I am a Pro-member of Thunkable. Basically, when publishing the App to the App Store and the Play Store. The App icon should flash during entering the App. The Thunkable logo (or icon) should not appear or flash after officially publishing. My App “smartmedswuscandata2025” does not do that. Every time when anyone clicks to use the App, a short flash of the Thunkable logo will appear, while the App icon does not show. I have already uploaded the App icon (192x192) to the settings part of the Thunkable project. Also, the same App icon has been uploaded into the store (with size conforming to the Stores). I would like to enclose the VDO clip to identify such flashing of the Thunkable logo, but it can’t be done. I may attach it to the email you may send to me, anytime.
Please let me know what I should do or would you please correct this problem from your side.
