How to make an OCR text recognition app for IOS?

Do you know of any good tutorial? I haven’t been able to find one. Also, could you maybe visit my other post and assist me on that the link is:

Is there any way in Thunkable X to take a picture, and then from that picture recognizer certain text. I must do this for an app that scans an ingredient label and recognizes certain ingredients. If this is possible, how would I do this? I have found that the Image Recognizer component can’t exactly do this. Please Help… Thank you very much, Leland
