I don’t know if it’s possible to display the total number of rows in a spreadsheet from 1,000 to 1k,3,500 to 3.5k and so on ???

Can you explain in more detail? I don’t know what you mean. Are you just wanting to convert a number such as 1000 to “1k”?
Am working on a notepad app,the app will save total number of records save in the spreadsheet and then display it the app for all users to see…so in a case of multiple users whereby thousands of records exist
I don’t want it to show long numbers,so I want thousands to be “K”
You can set up blocks that say if number > 999 then divide the number by 1000, round the result, and join “k” to it.
