How do I write code which scans my device for certain words?

Hi,
I want to create an app which scans my device looking for certain words when it is open.
Does anyone know how to go about doing that?

Can you say more about this? Where would the words be found?

If the device starts, the app would automatically be scanning different programs and apps (like Facebook for example) for certain words, like “ice cream”

This is not possible with Thunkable.
