I NEED HELP!!!

I have a project due soon and my app has already been created. There are a few functions that I need to fix.

Firstly, I don’t know how to set a two checkboxes where they swap values so they can’t both be selected at the same time.

Second, I can’t set my time input to a later time. Like it’s currently 11:30 and I want to set the time i out to 12:50.

Lastly, I SIMPLY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO USE LIST BLOCKS
