is there a way to download mp3 files with GET request and play it via sound module?
Because i need to create an app with dynamic content to use in region with and without internet

The short answer is NO.
You need to program one yourself and you will run into complications such as permission and copy righted materials.
theese are my own files from my server.
If these files are residing on your server then you need to create a download function that works with your server setup. Thunkable does not have this option.
