Data is being duplicate

Hello
I have created an app which is a chat app and saves data in Firebase but just saw that if we put the same code again and type something it displays two values for example
Created an room
Left the room
Joined again
Typed hi
Displays on the list
NAMIT - Hi
NAMIT - Hi
Can anyone tell why is it happening

There is no way we can figure out why something is happening without knowing how you coded it.
