I want to create the peripheral connection through micro USB and send the analog data from the device to the application which I am designing in Thunkable, Creating app for this kind work is new for so any suggestion to make this kind of application be very helpful.

Try asking your question in the Thunkable Classic branch. In Thunkable X, there is no functionality that allows you to do this.
