Cloud variable list

Hi All,

i have a cloud variable
where i want to capture the details of premium members

cloud variable holds a list

from the list i want to find the first occurrence of user id and u value

can anyone guide me how to achieve it

i should get value 8 as its the first occurrence

or is it also possible to create a list by user id instead of number as shown below
