I wanted to ask you in view of a school project how to connect Thunkable to Arduino through wifi could someone be able to help me?

Welcome to the community. This is a great question! At this time, you could use bluetooth to communicate with your Arduino. You will not be able to connect via WIFI.
What kind of app are you working on? Is BLE a viable option for you? I believe you can get an HM-10 BLE module on Amazon for around $12 USD
