They have independent emails for precisely these students. And I do the installation with them but it doesn’t work. One of the phones (iOS) downloads but the app cannot open (an error message is displayed). The second phone does not install, it prevents the download and there is nothing to do it does not work. I do not understand.

So just to confirm: each student is opening a different download link on each phone?
What error message are you seeing? Is it the “something went wrong” message? That can be caused by certain things such as incorrect variable typing, accessing invalid data source rows, etc.
