I've got a problem with BLE component and the JDY-10-v2.4 module

I was trying to make an app that communicate with my HM11 module (JDY-10-v2.4).
I successfully connect and sent strings by my android phone, using the UUID characteristic 0000FFE1-0000-1000-8000-00805F9B34FB.
If I try to develop the same app for iOS I can connect without problem, but if I try to send strings using the same UUID, it returns this error: “characteristic 0000FFE1-0000-1000-8000-00805F9B34FB write failed for device my device ID and service 0000FFE0-0000-1000-8000-00805F9B34FB”…
Help me, please

Hi @devpietro,

Sorry to hear you are having issues with this. As you can probably imagine, it’s tricky to debug this component without access to the physical hardware you are using.

Can you send us a screenshot of the blocks you are using as well as a link to the supporting documentation you are using the obtain the characteristic UUIDs?

Thanks.

Thanks for the quick reply!
To get the UUID I used the BLE scanner app (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.macdom.ble.blescanner) and here there’s a screenshot of the information I got by android:

And by iPhone:

About the blocks I’m using these one:

The error which the Transmit function return is:iPhone_Screenshot_MyApp

Thank you again for your time!
