In the future you’re going to need to have an apple developer certificate. This is fairly standard when building any iOS apps. In any case, you can currently directly download your apps by uploading them to TestFlight.
Hopefully they return direct downloads before winter in the US. It was supposed to have been released sometime this summer if I remember a forum post I read a while back.
