# Why is Thunkable live so big

Why is the Thunkable live using so much of the space on screen. Isnt it possible to make the area much smaller or visible “on demand”

Nope. We’ve asked many times and Thunkable says it’s required by Apple. This is why we need to be able to download directly to iOS devices! It’s impossible to accurately test an app unless we use TestFlight which takes time and effort that shouldn’t be required for every little change to our project.
