# Why do checkboxes have shadows?

Hi thunkers!

Is there a way to turn off the shadow that is behind my checkboxes?  
Can’t seem to find any option to do it.

I tried to find the shadow on the checkbox but I couldn’t.  
Could you please share on which platform did you test it?  
If it isn’t big trouble for you, some screenshots may help. Thank you.

The shadow is behind the checkbox in the example sign up on the Thunkable pages.

Do you mean this check box here?

If yes, you can customize it from the component’s settings. Please see the screenshot.
