Click on ‘screen 1’ (or whatever your screen is named) in your blocks palette.

It is found under the airtable DB component when you add it.

To have this block from a Data Sources you need to connect to your sheet (Airtable or Google sheets) using the Data Source option in the left side panel.

If you use the Airtable component from the component list in the left then you will not get that block.
