# What is the default font for a label, button, etc.?

Hello:

When I place a label in Design view, the font is chosen automatically to start. In the properties for the label to the right, I cannot see the font that has been chosen but can of course see that “Font” says “Select option.”

What is the default font that is presented on the screen, please?
