# What does Error 520 mean?

The web viewer is not working! it says that :

> ` Cannot GET Url/scratch.mit.edu`

or even :

\*even if site exists

help plz

Hi @the-coder,

Just because you can not connect to one particular site, does not mean that the “Webviewer is broken” - in fact in the screenshot you’ve attached it specifically says that your browser is working.

I’ve updated your topic title to more accurately reflect your question.

Here’s more info on the 520 Error code - unfortunately it’s quite generic:

I just tried connecting to the scratch website and it works fine - please try [live testing](http://thunkable.live) on your device and let me know whether or now it works for you.
