Why do you need to go through a loop? You don’t need a loop at all to check if the email exist in the list.

You can do this

and I could use this to get user index …

Yes, you can. You can also use this block then check if the return is **0** or **null** then the email is not found.

I come back to you because I found why my login screen had a random operation
it is due to the long list of blocks which allow me to recover the data (very practical but very very slow considering the number of lists)
I was trying to log in the user when the information was not loaded

I will save some time by getting what it takes to connect

For performance considerations, only get the list of emails.
Check to see if the email exists and save the index position in the list. Using this index read the corresponding `row` to get the rest of the data.

hi

I manage to connect. other operations are possible but in the main screen I have buttons that work in preview mode on pc and no longer in preview mode on my device
Where can this come from ?

I almost regret removing all these lists

maybe I am wrong but I noticed that this block below does not like to be assigned to a variable

Hi @bibbi
It is very clear that you do not want to share your project and therefore you need to give very clear and specific description of the problem.

What do you mean by

Can you provide an example?
Can you give a screenshot of what is happening with this block?

hi

I have the impression every time to go back
I made some design changes, changed some blocks but the application works as expected in preview mode on pc and partly on my device even though I have shared the sheets that I use (thank you muneer!) and that I use the same account on both

it worked before!

hi

I discover thunkable, I have a lot of hesitations and I make a lot of mistakes luckily I have your support and that of the community
sometimes I am surprised by certain results so I bypass (here I use a script to write in a google sheet and other to erase lines of data) because the corresponding blocks gave me not satisfaction

thunkable is so trash. I used thunkable to build an app to showcase and it failed me at the last minute. A component that was working yesterday stopped working today all of a sudden.

I was having similar issues for the Thingsspeak site. My phone google browser is sending data and received data is ok. But App inventor apk was working 3-5 days ago. yesterday It was suddenly not working. I asked on the Thingsspeak forum. Have you made any updates? They did a security update. They converted it to TLS1.2. There was a problem with HTTPS. Old devices were working in google chrome but apk was not working either. I changed HTTPS to http and it worked. Ask if you have this type of problem as well. They say that the APP inventor program has a problem with https.
