# Video Element Bug Thunkable X

Hey,

Using Thunkable X and having major issues with the video element.

When previewing the app on Android using either Live preview or APK, the video will (sometimes load) and only play if JUST the play button is clicked. You cannot scroll or the video will freeze. If the video ends, it cannot be restarted nor can the user scroll.

Basically, the videos can be played just once. I’ve tried different hosts (all with a .mp4) file, same issue.

The videos work perfectly on web preview, it just doesn’t work on a phone.

I am testing it on this version, first screen:

It’s absolutely crucial that users can scroll and restart videos and I’ve been trying to fix this for 11 months.
