Here is my released Vibrate Extension. You can check whether the device has a vibrator and let it vibrate for x miliseconds or in a pattern.

Only the vibrate for x miliseconds block, the Pattern and HasVibrator block not

I think that you have to use a webviewer, because Google doesnt allow apps to use other payment ways then InAppPurchases
