Please keep in mind that you may need to do a [hard refresh](https://docs.thunkable.com/getting-started/data-sources/data-sources#hard-refresh-your-browser) of your browser for the changes to take effect in your project. Or at least less often since the column headers may change but the object definition can be updated at any time? ---

No, you would still need to sync Google sheets as often. This block just provides the column headers that Thunkable had after the last sync
