# Update data automatically

I’m building an App to help me remember to do an exercise. Three times a day. Is there any way to automatically update a Google sheets, e.g. in the evening at 11pm. So that when I forget, I also have that data. I have a date label and an hour label. I have a save button, but I want it to activate automatically. What’s the best way. I am posting some screens of the blocks and the App for clarification.

I want to update (create a row in a google spreadsheet) without opening the App. E.g. at a fixed time…23:00.

In case of that, you can use airtable and airtable automations.
