What do you main by this … Is it 37 countries every month? Or all at once? It would be 445?

Most companies offer you a discount if you pay for a year in advance. So yes, $444 for one year. Or $59 every month for as long as you use it. If you use it for one month then you pay $59. If you use it for one year, then you pay $708 (because $59\*12=$708).
