# Unable to create row or get value from data source

I was troubleshooting, thats why it says delets all rows in userprofileDD. Ignore that

Hi and welcome to Thunkable! Is the create row block failing to create a row in your data source? If so, you may need to re-sync that data source in Thunkable. Are you able to get data from the data source using a Get Value block?

How do you resync the data source? using a get-value block isn’t working for some reason

Then your data source is not properly connected. You can find info about connecting and authenticating your data sources here: [Data Sources | Drag and Drop | Thunkable Docs](https://docs.thunkable.com/getting-started/data-sources).

By re-syncing, I just meant to delete the data source from your projects and then re-connect it.
