Hi. I’m trying to build two projects which share information between them. In MIT App inventor, I use TinyDB to do that, storing it in the DB in one project and reading it into the other project. In Thunkable I assumed localStorage would perform a similar function. If I write and read the data in the same project, it works fine, but when I try to read it from a different project, I get a null value back. I tried it using a local DB with similar results. What should I use? Or should localStorage work?
The local storage is unique to each application. You cannot share database between projects in that way, the idea being that one project could not mess up the data of another one.
