# Thunkable Translate text "failed to fetch"

The likely reason for this is that your school has blocked the site used when the blocks attempt to complete the translation. You’ll want to ask the school’s IT department to unblock [http://translate.yandex.com/](http://translate.yandex.com/) and [http://translate.yandex.net](http://translate.yandex.net).

If you can get those unblocked, everything should work fine! Let us know if you run into any further issues.
