# Thunkable Login/Signup issue -Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'account')

Hi, Thunkable team,

I’m a China user. I’ve created a user account in Thunkable and have been working on some projects with my laptop (everything runs well there). While today i tried to log in Thunkable from another desktop at home, but run into this error (refer to screenshot). Can you share how to fix it?

Add more context here, I had two computer, one is laptop for work purpose, the other is desktop for personal purpose. I’ve been working on one project with my laptop and actually ready for publishing now. For generating Apple developer certification, i used my desktop for CSR file generation. With that, do I have to publish my App in Thunkable in my desktop instead of my laptop? (everything works well in my laptop in Thunkable, just I didn’t generate Apple certification with my laptop). Thanks!
