# Textinput features not working for me

Hi Thunkers.

I can’t seem to get the textinput to operate some of its features. I am having no response with:

1. ClearButtonMode
2. ClearTextOnFocus

I am checking the relevant switch and dropdown in the advanced options but no joy. Can someone point out where I am going wrong?

Hi @eddie.rebehy

We have a couple of bugs with the TextInput I think - can you clarify if your are live testing or installing your app, and whether you are using an Android device or iOS.

Thanks for the timely response. Live testing on Android. I could work around by creating my own clear text button if I have to.

I’m also finding the return key none option does not work live testing in IOS?
