# Text\_to\_Speech component do not speak Arabic text

I am working on an Arabic translation app but the text\_to\_speech component does not speak the Arabic text. Any help on how to get the block to speak the Arabic text.

Hi @saliwalproductiong and welcome to the Community.

Do you have your **Text to Speech** component set to Arabic?

This says “hello there” in Arabic (I compared this with Google Translate). Can you show me your blocks?

Yes, the Text\_to\_Speech component is set to Arabic text but still it does not speak.
