Hi Thunkers, My text input box is working as required (black text on white background) in iOS but **in Android** , the input text appears black on a not-very-contrasty dark gray background. I would like to change this if it can be done. Can anyone point me to a setting or workaround to accomplish this? Thx to all. ---

I have discovered the reason for the dark grey background myself. It was unrelated to my app. It was appearing because the phone I was using for testing purposes had spelling prediction turned on. It was fine when this feature was turned off. ---
