# Text input border doesn't work properly

I added a text input and try to make the curve border. I choose 50 in radius and width 1. When I test on live test both on pc and mobile phone, the text input box show only half. But on the design screen it looks normal. Please help.

The `Text Input` component has a styling by default. You need to remove the default setting first to see the effect of your changes.

Go to Advanced tab and select **Styling** and remove the defaults

Hi, regarding this default styling, is it still there or has Thunkable changed it? I can’t seem to find the ability to change the top and bottom radius. Thanks.
