# Terms of service- users under 13

I am planning an app building camp for students this summer and a few of them will still be 12. I am considering using Thunkable I want to be sure that I am not breaking any FERPA laws or anything by having them add Thunkable accounts. I have searched and can’t fine the terms of service. Can anyone help me out?
