# Students report apps gone from their accounts

One of my students reported that all the apps that he was building are gone from his account. It’s like he never did anything. Another student said that one of his apps disappeared. I’m inclined to believe them as they’re not typically problem students. Any ideas whether it’s possible to get missing apps back?

You’d have to contact Support directly. Hopefully, they can track down the missing projects.
