# Stripe API: Currency Not Supported!

Hi, fellow community members!
Wanted to say that I was trying to add the [Stripe API](https://stripe.com/api), in my app.
But unfortunately, [Stripe](https://stripe.com) doesn’t support the currency which I want to use for my app.
I am an Indian, so we usually use rupees in India. But [Stripe](https://stripe.com) can’t really pay / receive payments in rupees. Is there any other secure and reliable API, which I can use for my app (which actually supports the official currency of India). Please help!

No, there is not for us Indians, but this may help you:
1 Dollar = 75 Rupees

Yeah, but who will pay money in dollars? I’m not sure if all Indians can pay dollars.
