# Strange error message on Iphone

In my class, one of the students has encountered this image. We have updated security certificates, updated the phone, reinstalled the app, restarted the phone, restarted the app to no avail.

Hi there

No idea how to reclass the topic. The link of the app is irrelevant as it is the software on the iPhone that is causing the issue. Not the apps the student has created. He can’t test them or get them to run. I will raise topic again under different heading,
