Is there any possibilities to switch off speech recognition of it isn’t get result? I mean if the speech recognition isn’t understand my speech it isn’t offer me the possibility of respeaking.

You can do a few things. If there is an error you can do an if loop. You can also set a LONG click instead of a short one to resend.
First things first is see what the result is, and then do some if tests to see how it is responding, and then setup some if/then loops based on the result.
