# \[Solved\] Stretch background image to fit full screen?

Hi everyone,  
I’ve been trying for days, but I can’t find a way to make a background image fit the full screen. Aspect ratio doesn’t matter, I’d just like it to be stretched all over the screen to get rid of those white strips in the bottom. Can anyone please help me find out how to do it?

## Hello @i.go and welcome to the Community!

This example goes for Screen, Column, Row, Button, Image etc properties as they all share the same preferences when dealing with images.

This example is showing a screen, as in your request:

### Click on the screen name, so that it’s preferences will become available on the right-hand side of the Design View:

This will stretch the image across all devices. If you want to retain the aspect ratio you can set this to **contain**.
