# \[Solved\] Split a string at a certain point and then delete the first bit

Alright, I know that this has been posted before but it did not awnser my question.

I am receiving text from microsoft’s image recognizer and i want to shave off the first letter and replace it with a capital letter (because it does not come pre-capitalized)

I have been trying to do this for some time now but it just won’t do it ☹
