# \[SOLVED\]Spacing in Custom DVL

Hello everyone 😀,  
I’m making a shopping app in which I’m using `Custom DVL` to create Cart. Everything is fine but the cart list squashes instead to have space between each item; what can I do to create spacing between each item.

You can add padding to the bottom of your custom data viewer layout to increase the spacing between the items 😀

But it seems that there isn’t any option in DVL to add padding

Should I increase the spacing in the **DVL Layout**?
