# \[Solved\] Send the user his Airtable data for backup

Hi,

My app will have many users and their data will be stored in Airtable.

Now for each user, I want to keep a “BACKUP” button in the App which will send them an Excel/Google sheets with all their data using a saved email id. This is mainly to ensure that they have a copy of their data in case something goes wrong.

I have already got the user data in various lists but is there a way to do this?

Hi @thestrengthinstitute,

You might want to use an external service for this, especially if you want to email the user a copy of this. Something like [Intergromat](https://www.integromat.com/) or [Zapier](https://zapier.com/) are great solutions, and they will walk you through the process of connecting something like this, and calling the cloud function via api.
