# \[SOLVED 2/10/24 9:10 PM EDT\] Is the login method right?

Is the login method right? I need that when you log in, you log in with the userID

The SignIn block creates the userid so you don’t need to then get it from Firebase. You just need to store the green userId block as the app variable userId. You should not include the cloud variable or text blocks with it.

Delete these blocks:

If you still don’t understand, post a link to your project and I can modify those blocks for you.
