I have problem with Getting Data from google sheet to list viewer

“List Of values” block is slowly

its take over 10 seconds  
my blocks :  
if country is usa (from List)  
if choose any state  
get column ( schools in state ) from google sheet to another list  
it take over 10 seconds to appear

Its working fine it is taking 2 seconds to 4 secs to load

I think its getting data from google sheets slowly
