When you you sharing component how do we add caption to that PDF for image? ---

Yes that should go as a caption to the image. I believe most of the sharing components has those properties. Imagine something you share on messenger the inage has a caption. For example I share thunkable logo as image And the accompaning Text says This is made with thunkable download this at URL… ---
