# "Share" block to send email only works with Chrome

I added a “Share” block to my published word game web app that give the player the opportunity to send an email to me when the player solves the word. This email shows up on the screen if the player is playing the game using the Google Chrome browser but does NOT show up on screen if the player is using any other browser including Safari, Firefox or Microsoft Edge. Is there a way to fix it so that the share email will appear on the screen no matter which browser the player is using?
